March 12 and 13 Waterford Show from 10AM - 4PM each day. Georgie Gerl is the guest speaker and will speak on Friday at 2PM and Saturday at 10AM.  Her subject is "Designing Fabric, Seeing Beyond the Obvious". The Waterford is located at 2929 S Waterford Drive. (South Hill)

April 17 – 18, 2010  Palouse Patchers 30th annual quilt show to be held  at the Latah County Fairgrounds in Moscow, Idaho.  The theme of the show pays tribute to the quilters from the 1930’s era.  The show will include over 200 quilted projects along with merchant mall, quilt demonstrations, and refreshments.  A raffle quilt, “Aunt EvaMay’s Berry Patch”, will be raffled off on Sunday afternoon.  Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and children under 10.  Free parking available surrounding the Fair Building.  www.palousepatchers.org

Other Quilt Guild & Group Meetings

The Applique Society meets at Sew E-Z Too, 603 W. Garland, Spokane, WA, at 6 pm the first Thursday of every month. You don't need to be an applique expert to join and enjoy the meetings. Spokane Valley Quilters Guild meetings are held the first Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October and December. The social portion of the meetings begins at 6:30 p.m. and the general meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. For further information please visit the Spokane Valley Quilt Guild website.

The Tri-City Quilters’ Guild 27th Annual Quilt Show Friday, March 26 and Saturday, March 27, 2010, at the Three Rivers Convention Center, 7016 W.
